Obverse: Indian head capped with a war hat, Union stars. Lettering : LIBERTY 1909 B.L.P. Reverse: Eagle on bundles with olive twigs. This coin and the 5 dollar one with same design are the only one with an incuse coinage. At the tiem, people didn't like the design and wrongly believed that they would carry germs.
